FRAMES are constructed exclusively of select grade, kiln-dried hardwoods.
Each structural rail is double doweled and corner blocks are doweled and
set with hardened steel screws.

SPRING BASES are EIGHT-WAY HAND TIED coil springs (except where styling dictates another spring method).

UPHOLSTERED FRAMES completely pre-padded with cotton batting.  All pieces are self-decked; welting is cut on the bias and sewn separately.   Fully tailored skirts are lined with muslin, interlined with Pelon.

STANDARD CUSHIONS are filled with a high density poly-foam core, fully wrapped in soft dacron and covered in a non-woven muslin cover.

STANDARD BACK PILLOWS & THROW PILLOWS are filled with specially blended dacron that is encased in that is encased in a non-woven muslin cover.

PREMIUM DOWN FILL is included in many styles or available in all others.  The down cushions have a high density poly-foam core with an envelope of 180 thread count muslin filled with 75/25 down blend.  The muslin cover is channel sewn to keep the down fill from migrating.  The back pillows are solid down and feather blend in a channel sewn muslin bag.

SLEEPER SOFAS are available in Queen size, Super Queen, Full and Twin; in nearly all styles.  They are fitted with an American made BED-LINE mechanism with a tilt forward feature for easy cleaning under sofa and a TV headrest.   A quilted 312 coil inner spring, fully reversible mattress is standard.  In addition, all sleeper sofas are self-decked for quality appearance.

FABRICS are offered through our showrooms.  We have an excellent collection of silks, chenilles, jacquards, wovens, ultra suedes and top grain leathers.  However, about 75 percent of what we make is COM (Customer's Own Material).
